The Council of the Faculty of Medicine at Tanta University, in its session held on Sunday, 19 October 2025, and chaired by Prof. Mohamed Hantira, Acting Dean of the Faculty and Chairman of the Board of University Hospitals, discussed the plan for launching the new faculty building connected to the existing one.

The meeting was attended by Prof. Loay El-Ahol, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Mohamed Gaber, Acting Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Hassan El-Tatawy, Executive Director of University Hospitals, Prof. Youssef El-Khayyat, Assistant Professor in the Department of Architecture, Faculty of Engineering, Tanta University and representative of the Engineering Research and Consultancy Center at the Faculty of Engineering; Mr. Ayman El-Gammary, Faculty Secretary; along with department heads, unit directors, and council members. The session was held in the College Council Hall.
