President of Tanta University congratulates the distinguished doctors of the Faculty of Medicine and the University Hospitals.

The Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Tanta University, expressed his pride in the outstanding level demonstrated by the young doctors of the Department of Dermatology and Venereology.

    Prof. Mohamed Hussein, President of Tanta University, announced that two doctors from the Department of Dermatology and Venereology at the Faculty of Medicine won first place nationwide among Egyptian universities in the Clinical Case Competition, held as part of the Egy Derma Conference and the DMC First Mediterranean Conference.

 Dr. Mai Tarek Amin, Assistant Lecturer at the department, won first place among participants from 10 Egyptian universities in the Clinical Case Competition at the 3rd Egy Derma Conference, which was held in Cairo on November 21, 2025.

In addition, Dr. Aya Ahmed Gamal El-Din, a resident doctor in the department, secured first place among participants from 8 Egyptian universities in the Clinical Case Competition at the DMC First Mediterranean Conference, which took place in Alexandria on November 28, 2025.
