Prof. Ahmed Ghoneim, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at Tanta University and Chairman of the University Hospitals Board, Inaugurates the First Scientific Day on Lupus – Highlighting the Latest Diagnostic and Treatment Methods – at the Department of Rheumatology, Rehabilitation, and Physical Medicine

The event was inaugurated by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Ghoneim and attended by a distinguished group of faculty members and specialists, including:

• Prof. Mohamed Hantira, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research

• Prof. Hanan El-Saadany, Head of the Department of Rheumatology, Rehabilitation, and Physical Medicine and Conference Chair

• Dr. Marwa Abou El-Hawa, Conference Coordinator

• Prof. Ali El-Deeb, Former Head of the Department

• Prof. Amani Abdel Latif, Head of the Department of Dermatology and Venereology

• Prof. Gamal El-Naggar, Head of the Nephrology Unit, Internal Medicine Department

The event also welcomed a large number of faculty members and teaching assistants from the departments of Rheumatology, Dermatology, and Nephrology, along with physicians from Egypt’s Ministry of Health hospitals, Health Insurance Organization, and residency and fellowship trainees currently training in the department.

The scientific day was held at the Faculty Conference Hall.
